Rest

Rest is simple. It is so simple it is  overlooked. But it is the key to all the problems we have.

What do we do when a baby cries? We let it sleep right? Why is that relevant and how would it solve the greater difficulties throughout the world. Unless it is that it possibly has relevance throughout the world. We are one family, the whole world, and if we do not take at least one if not more moments to relax things will only get worse.

Believe me, it's not a pretty picture out there externally or internally, but we always have to have control over ourselves. That is the key. You have to unlock yourself from all those barriers you have created for yourself and just deeply relax.

Having fun is not only for children or the youth it is for all. Keep your heart young. Enjoyment is what you can an will do with respecting others rights. The number one right for all is the right to live your life to the fullest you can, however you cannot ever endanger any life, every time you endanger a life you endanger all life.

Is a responsible world advocate and you will get a large enough following to make yourself proud, which is the toughest obstacle known to mankind.
