The mind is a powerful partner for our body in life. Your thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, will dictate where you go and what you can do. Your thought patterns were learned a long time ago and continue on the same path until you examine them.

Do you believe something just because you were told it was true? What if I told you all horses have 6 legs? I even showed you pictures of many running on a range. Would you believe it now? Many people would.

Have you ever met anyone who suffered a serious, life-threatening injury? One where doctors told them that they would never walk again, yet somehow, they walked anyway. How did that happen?

Could it be a miracle? Yes, of course. Could it have been something else? Yes, it could have been their mind that made the decision, and the body obeyed and followed through. It was a long and painful struggle that required guts, perseverance, courage, and I'm not going to quit attitude.

Can everyone do this? Yes, because your mind is that powerful.
