The Journey so Far

The journey of living never ends we never can tell who going to be with us a day, a week, a year or forever. You never have a clue of what you are going to do or become past this very moment. New ideas are constantly forming within our mind. There are so many ideas that form in mind in our minds that it is hard to figure out which idea to go with. Especially if you do not have a good memory of me..

Well here is what happened in my life, thus far, it may not be in any chronological order.

I left the quire; I was involved in, due to not getting the recognition for my help. It got so bad since the quire began, that I couldn’t handle it. So my friend Dan and I got involved in the independence art studio. We were really going strong, but as some things go we both left because of lack of order as well as recognition for our ideas. Then we were not involved in anything for three to four months.

In that time Dan was going to career pathway, at 1199c because after my move from 931Clinton, he became my Personal Care Advocate or Manager form an HIV lead therapist at Community Health and Rehabilitation Center (COHMAR). COHMER is a partial hospital rehabilitation unit. Daniel worked in TRIAD, a Triple Diagnosis center. People who have; drug, alcohol, and Mental Standards not as high go there. This is when I started going to the William Way once a week. I stopped going there because there was a bit of friction at a Monthly Velada. A Velada is when the center, which has a huge mailing at least once a month got volunteer together to stuff envelopes and the center gave the Volunteer Pizza and drinks at no cost. I stopped that very quickly after the argument.

Then Daniel took Career Pathways, at 199C, which started his term as an Advocate.His term could have ended because it was very bumpy but had a lot more smooth parts which made it more bearable. The trips to Harrisburg were fun.

We had just went on one trip to Harrisburg April 1st 2008. This almost killed his entire spirit possibly turning him away from Advocacy. But it didn’t, it just made his heart go in a little, for it was on his sleeve, figuratively as well as literally, This seminar weekend really challenged his spirituality.

It was difficult on me as well because my finger had an herpetic whitlow, which I had to deal with. I really had many issues. But I dealt with them as best as I could. However Dan actually filed a Police Report against a Chairperson of a organization. I admire this because I believe it was just.
